Warranty Policy Statement
Statement of Warranty
Subject to the limitation and exclusion set forth below, ICx Tactical Platforms will repair or replace any part of the Sky Watch tower with the exclusion of the following: generator, consumables, and purchased options. The Bumper to Bumper Warranty is for a period of 12 months from the dated invoice. The replacement of parts and associated labor is included in the warranty. However, travel costs are not included.
Exclusion of Liability
ICx Tactical Platforms shall not have any liability for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use and lost profits in connection with the purchase, sale, shipment, service, repair or operation arising from the failure of any ICx Tactical Platforms equipment. ICx Tactical Platforms will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any component, part, or parts, if found on examination by ICx Tactical Platforms to be defective and if the necessary return charges are prepaid by the Buyer. This applies to ICx Tactical Platforms manufactured components. Purchased options will be handled based on their individual warranties. The warranty of ICx Tactical Platforms does not cover failure of generators, consumables, and purchased options. Travel charges are not included in warranty coverage. Warranty is nontransferable and only applies to original purchase of Sky Watch tower.
Buyer’s Responsibility
ICx Tactical Platforms provides Buyer with a copy of the recent User Guide and additional documentation containing vital information relating to the proper use and maintenance of the ICx Sky Watch tower. Additional copies of the User Guide are available from ICx Tactical Platforms and a printable version is included on the Technical Reference CD. Any repairs arising from failure to maintain the Sky Watch tower in accordance with the User Guide, from operation of the Sky Watch tower in a manner not recommended by the User Guide or from the use of fuels, lubricants, or coolants not meeting the specifications set forth in the User Guide are the responsibility of the Buyer. Many factors affect the performance and reliability of the Sky Watch tower. Specific output rating and operation parameters have been established by ICx Tactical Platforms. Operation outside the recommended parameters can adversely affect the service life of the Sky Watch tower. Buyer shall be responsible for all repairs arising from operation of Sky Watch tower above the original output ratings, outside its recommended operating parameters or misuse, accident, foreign object damage or damage caused by a third party. The Sky Watch tower will require repairs and adjustments over time. The repairs should be performed by either an ICx Field Technician or a Buyer’s maintenance or service department that is trained by an ICx Field Technician. Any repairs, adjustments or service should be performed with equipment and parts meeting the ICx Tactical Platforms specification set forth in the User Guide. Moreover, certain items installed on the Sky Watch tower such as consumables, wear out over a period of time and must be periodically replaced. Buyer shall be responsible for any filters, batteries, or other normal maintenance items. Buyer shall be responsible for any repairs arising from alterations to the Sky Watch tower, repairs performed by a person other than authorized representatives of ICx or the use any maintenance items or parts not meeting the requirements or specifications set forth in the ICx Tactical Platforms User Guide. The cost of routine or required maintenance and service is the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer is required to keep documented evidence of when and by whom maintenance and service are performed.
In The Event of Failure
Have all available serial numbers, estimated date of purchase and other information that will assist ICx Tactical Platforms to identify the equipment. ICx Client Relations and Field Technician team will troubleshoot the problem and direct the Buyer to the nearest authorized repair facility, or dispatch a Field Technician to the location of the ICx Sky Watch tower or provide Buyer with replacement parts to be installed by the Buyer. Buyer will be asked for a purchase order or other commitment to pay any expenses that are not covered by the applicable warranty. Warranted failures will be repaired by ICx using new parts at the option of ICx Client Relations department. Any repairs or charges not covered by the applicable warranty must be paid by Buyer at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made in advance. Buyer will return failed part within 30 days. Upon return of the failed parts and if a determination is made by ICx Tactical Platforms that such failure was not covered by warranty, a charge will be issued to the Buyer for the replacement parts.

Onan Generator Warranty
The generator is manufactured and warranted by Onan/Cummins South. The limited warranty covers 2 years/2,000 hours. There are different specifications for each of the generators that may be used on your tower.
